Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Beautistics ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Beautistics is a personal beauty inventory management application available on iOS (Apple App Store), Android (Google Play), and as a web application. The App allows you to catalog beauty products, track usage, manage routines, and organize your collection.

3. Account and Authentication

You may sign in using Google (all platforms) or Apple ID (iOS). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

4. Premium Subscription

Beautistics offers an optional Premium subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are processed and billed through the platform where you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play).

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform (Apple or Google).

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (product details, photos, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you add. You must not use the App to store illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Maxim Solntsev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maxim Solntsev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Apple services, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Maxim Solntsev, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
