This Privacy Policy explains how Beautistics ("the App") processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
The App is available on the Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), and as a web application.

User-Generated Inventory Data:
Data that you voluntarily enter into the App (such as product names, brands, dates, prices, notes, ratings, photos, and related inventory information).
Authentication Data:
The App uses Firebase Authentication. Depending on your platform, you may sign in with Google or Apple ID. Authentication providers may process your email address and account identifiers for login purposes. When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address; in that case, Apple provides a private relay address. The developer does not independently collect or store your email address outside of Firebase Authentication systems.
Purchase and Subscription Data:
If you subscribe to Beautistics Premium, your purchase is processed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment information is handled entirely by the store; the developer does not receive or store credit card or payment details. Subscription status is verified via RevenueCat, which receives your anonymous app user ID.
Technical Data:
Device information, crash logs, and performance diagnostics may be processed to maintain and improve the App. This may include device model, operating system version, and anonymized usage analytics.

Data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. Firebase services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where personal data is transferred internationally, such transfers are conducted in accordance with GDPR Chapter V, including appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Inventory data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your data at any time by contacting us at beautistics@outlook.com.
Upon deletion of your account, associated cloud data will be permanently removed in accordance with Firebase data handling procedures.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EU) and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
